I'm a Wash U undergraduate student who recently moved into my first apartment, and this blog is to document my adventures with cooking. I'm a flexitarian, which in my case means I have a mostly vegetarian diet, though occasionally I do eat poultry. So, nothing on this site will have sea food or red meat in it. I'll be posting mostly about my own cooking experiences, but also about other great food I eat in St. Louis.

Rosellini Pizza at the Pizza Caffe
I once again ventured the to pizza caffe last week. This time I got a Rosellini Pizza which was semi-sundried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and ricotta cheese. I liked it, but not as much as I liked the Visconti. The reason was that the ricotta was kinda flavorless (it could have used some garlic or something). But the artichokes were nice and salty. The pizza still was a great lunch and afternoon snack. I'm determined to try most of the veggie pizzas on their menu so I'll continue to go there through the semester.
